Provided by YP.comDo NOT go to this doctor. I took my son there one time and had a less than acceptable experience (for me as I have pretty high standards), so I decided to not return. I did not voice my concerns when I was there and had no intention of leaving bad reviews. I did not disagree with the diagnosis or treatment provided to my son at the ONE appointment I had with this doctor. However, there were too many things about the practice that I did not like such as the office appeared to be in disrepair, the doctor did not (in my opinion) dress appropriately for the office as he wore wrinkled casual clothes, and the doctor's bedside manner was lacking. So, I simply found my son a new doctor and left his care. I did tell some people about my experience and I do know that my remarks made it back to this doctor by word of mouth. Then, I came home a couple days ago to a dismissal letter from the doctor. This dismissal letter is what prompted my negative review as I feel this was an inappropriate response from a physician to constructive criticism and was unnecessary as I had already left his care. He is obviously very petty and thinks too highly of himself and I, for one, would want warning of such behavior.

Provided by YP.comOur children (3) really like Doctor Morris. We as parents really do, too, for reasons beyond what you might think. We were motivated to write this review from an appointment we had with our son recently. There has been a complicated medical problem, where we were freaked out by a thousand things on the internet that we had read. Doctor Morris helped us sort through it all and get us focused on the best direction in treatment. Our son is 100% better now, after something we thought might last months.

Provided by YP.comThis office is wonderful. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and very caring. I have always been able to get my children in the same day, and I never feel rushed by Dr. Morris. I had a sick infant, and since his is a foster child the state selected his pediatrician (a dr in Knoxville). After battling with trying to get an appointment, waiting 3 hours with a sick baby in a waiting room, never getting test results, and never having my calls returned the same day,I demanded that DCS change the PCP to Dr Morris.
It has been so nice to be able to reach Dr Morris anytime. He always follows up with test results, even on the weekend. If I call after hours, he answers the phone himself.
That is practically unheard of these days. I work in the medical field and I know how hard it is to get a doctor to take a phone call. I appreciate Dr Morris' dedication to his patients by making himself available like that. I am so blessed to have him and his staff caring for my children.

Provided by YP.comDoctor Morris is cool. My daughter and son both have loved him since they were toddlers. Dr. Morris seems very with it on science advances, things you might not have ever heard of, yet he's not nerdy---- as I said, the kids love him, and I trust him with big and small decisions. He doesn't just get in and out in a heated rush with no explanation.
