I was driving through Knoxville on my way home from a trip up north and experienced floaters and flashes of light in my eye. I called several ophthalmologists near my home in Nashville and none would make an appointment for me for later that day. So I contacted Dr. Franklin’s office and Mary Beth so graciously worked me right in when she heard my predicament! Dr. Franklin was very busy, I’m sure, but he took his time with my exam and carefully explained my diagnosis and patiently answered my questions. I am so thankful for finding them and for their willingness to go above and beyond in helping me even though I was not an existing patient. I’m sure you will find them to be exemplary eye care providers.
