A great doctor all around

I am hurt and disappointed that my doctor of over three years allowed his nurse to make a decission about me that has affected my life. I'm not going to mention the doctor or nurse's name because I unlike them do not try to hurt others. I could sue but I am on disability and can't afford to do so. I really didn't want to sue anyone I only wanted an explaination of why I can't go to another doctor in the Summit Medical Group. If this doctor and nurse have a problem with me, fine, but why keep me from going to any other doctor of my choice. I have phone records, medical records and insurance records that prove that I have done NOTHING wrong, yet I can't even get a return call from my doctor to let me know what went wrong. This has hurt me to no end. I really liked my doctor and we never had any spoken problems. I would like it if someone would at least send me a letter explaining why this happened and let me have a chance to prove myself.
