I ordered a gun online and had it shipped to Knoxville Tactical. These people are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. They make gun-buying easy and enjoyable, and they can answer your questions. They don't charge very much to transfer a firearm if you are buying it online and having it delivered to their store. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Knoxville Tactical is the place to go!

Where to begin...I was looking for a specific gun on a Saturday night. I found a link to Knoxville Tactical, so I called to see if they had it, but also what their hours were/are. I called at 4:45pm. I was told that yes, they DID have the gun, they closed the shop at 5pm, but since it was a birthday gift to myself, they would wait for me. WAIT.....what?!?!?!?!

Jim, the owner, said he would wait for me to arrive. I rushed to get dressed, and headed their way. I was greeted by two large smiles; Jim and his son David welcomed me to the store. They had the gun ready, a gorgeous Glock 43, ready. We ended up talking for close to 30 minutes and they are both such amazing people! They are the kind of folks I would wish I could encounter all day every day!!!

The owners made me feel special, cared about, and important. They backed up their excellent customer service with information, advice, expertise, and honesty. They made the entire experience so easy and completely enjoyable. If I had to recommend anyone to a shop in the Knoxville-area, this would be it! BEST customer service I've experienced in a LONG time!!
