Provided by YP.comWe hired to install new drywall in our home and we do not recommend him. He said his work day ran from 9 to 5. Instead, he showed up at about 11:45 AM. He didn't stay to make up the time lost and lost us approximately 4 full working days as a result. (We had a quoted 7 to 10 day project that ran from July 11th to July 27th.) My husband and I attempted to discuss this with him and were snapped at and talked down to. (I felt uncomfortable to remain in my home during any of the repair. I am six months pregnant.) There was mudding material left randomly on various parts of the house. My husband and I do not recommend this contractor for home repair.
Briana I am deeply sorry you feel that you were treated so unfairly. We have been in business for over 25 years and we have never had anyone that we went above and beyond our contracted services for that has ever been so displeased with our services. We went out of our way to assist you with tasks that was not included in our contact. Including the use of our truck, trailer, gas and our time that we never asked or expected payment for. We were not aware of any issues until now. When the final walk-through was completed with your husband, we were told everything looked great. We stand behind our work 100%. If you would have just picked up the phone and advised us there was a problem, we would have been more than happy to come out and fix any issues.
