Our dog Rose was adopted from FURS and lived at the County Line Kennel for a while. I now take her back to visit her dog buddies for play days and also to stay when we are out of town. What GREAT care they give our dog. She is happy to go there ... greets the attendants with tail wags and kisses. She is very well taken care of and I would not hesitate to recommend this kennel for your dog. The dote on the dogs and give them love.



The grooming they do is also top notch. Rose gets a bath and nail trim and looks so beautiful when I pick her up. Again the staff there just loves the dogs and makes them feel right at home!



County Line Kennel is just the best!!!

We finally found a kennel where our dog feels comfortable, has fun and best of all comes home healthy! Our dog is a member of our family and we needed to find a kennel that allowed us not to feel guilty for leaving her while we went to play. Every single employee that we have come in contact with has a genuine love for animals and truly loved our dog. Our dog is played with, socialized and loved when we can't bring her with us. We need that and County Line Kenned filled that need wonderfully.

We met one of the owners, Claire, when we adopted our sweet dog, Darbey, through FURS in January 2007. We took Darbey to stay with her friends at County Line when we went to our son's college graduation in May of that year and never worried about her. The dogs are so loved and cared for. Darbey loved to "go see Claire" and would jump in the car for the short ride out to Powhatan. In June we found out we would be moving to Alabama. Darbey went to play with her friends at County line on days we had showings. I most appreciated their flexibility. We miss County Line and wish them the best.

This place really has it together with a nice place, spacious runs, large outdoor play/exercise areas and very professioal. Not to mention good prices!
