Extremely overpriced in comparison to other auto shops in the area. Wanted to charge me $564 for a wheelbearing so my car will pass inspection. Called around to various auto places including Firestone and they wanted roughly between $280-$320 for it. Needless to say I went elsewhere. However when my fuel pump on my truck died I had to have it towed there. The charge ended up being $745. Then the next day I receive a phone call saying that the charge will now be $917.32 because they found a brake line that was leaking and went ahead and replaced it. Mind you without my permission. They go ahead and just replace things without consulting the customer.

Flat Rock tire seems like it staffed with unprofessional workers with little experience. never going there again even if I get a flat tire I will just call AAA. I had no wish to reward their poor service with my patronage.
