After a bad tattoo experience and not being able to get the original guy to finish what he started, I searched and did research for about a month on local tattoo shops. There were a few I really liked, but then I came across Journey's End. I was really impressed by A- the quality of the work of all the artists, and B- the variety of styles. So often many artists have just one specific style that they like to showcase in their portfolios. So, I was really happy to see that they did really nice work in very diverse styles. So I went in, talked to Mike, and set up an appointment. I'm always nervous going into tattoo shops because a lot of artists are pretty pretentious, but I was especially apprehensive/embarrassed because I was needing someone to finish AND fix a bad tattoo. Pretentious wasn't an issue here. I felt completely comfortable and welcome, despite the lecture on "scratchers". Haha.. Anyway, I've still got some work to go to finish my back piece, but I couldn't be happier with the quality and service of this shop. I'll never go anywhere else, and neither should you.

This is by far the cleanest most professional Tattoo Studio in Richmond. Mike Ivey. is the Best Tattoo Artist in the area
