The only reason I gave this place a star is because it was the only way I could leave a review. This company towed my vehicle with without my permission but by request of a construction company. They placed my vehicle down on top of the curb and with the weight of the vehicle the tire bent as it slide down the side of the curb and rested on the ground. The hub cap is not resting fully on the tire now. I know that they dragged my vehicle because the steering wheel is locked and they did not have access to the inside of my car to put it in neutral. When I called them I spoke with Penny who was immediately on the defense and is trying to assume no responsibility. She was very rude and bombarded me with questions regarding the status of my car in a attempt to devalue it. I asked her for the name of the owner or manager and she simply told me NO. (I guess she was frustrated because I didn't answer her questions as to the status of my vehicle) She states she will send someone out to look at it. I'm so glad I recorded the conversation with her and took pictures...I wonder if we will have to take this to court. I will follow up with status as to how they will handle this situation as it unfolds.
Whatever you do...don't let these people touch your car...if the insurance company sends them..I feel sorry for you..record them the whole time! They are obviously not professional and inexperienced. Good companies are hard to find.
