With a thirst for coffee and a dream of community development, Jennifer Roberts and her family set out and created Courthouse Coffee & Creamery. CCC was a local coffee shop bringing students, teachers, entrepreneurs an everyone in between together. After a successful two years, the decision was to turn Courthouse Coffee & Creamery into a full service restaurant - MABELS. ​ In 2013 Jennifer met with Ina Garten in New York City. Ina shared very wise words with Jennifer: "You watch your customers. They will tell you things you can not see." ​ Since, then MABELS has been serving what our customers love; craft burgers and crazy shakes. Our menu consists of stacked paninis and massive craft burgers.
