I love the employees they are very respectful there just great .They are the best prices.They do not have scratches on there units.

I am writing this not as a praise for a storage center, but as a complaint about one of theirdrivers. We were at an estate sale on Sunday 01/29/12 on Dwayne Ln in Richmond off of Buford Rd. There was one of their trucks going to a house across the street from the estate sale. We were trying to back our car into the estate sale driveway with our turn signal on and everything, when their driver stopped in the middle of the road and said "What the he** are you doing you dumba** you need to learn how to drive" and proceeded to curse and yell at my boyfriend. I don't know his name or license plate number, but I know that if I was running a business I would not want someone driving a box truck with my company name plastered all over it cursing and yelling at people for no reason. I cannot believe an adult would act like that over someone backing into a driveway. I grew up in Powhatan and I respect that you are a local business, but I have told EVERYONE I know not to EVER use you for a storage company. Anyone who lets someone represent their company act like that obviously does not care about customer service.
