I purchased a brand new unit back in February and has since had to call for services a few times. Once there was already a leak after only 4 months. I had to ask over 4 times to get my paperwork for the installation. Finally after being relentless I received them via email. Most recently my unit has been struggling to keep up with the set temperature and after a service call was told my filter needed to be changed. Shortly after a new filter was installed but no changes. After the 3rd day I was given more BS excuses as to why my system wasn’t keeping up 3 different ones in a single phone call. Finally I was just upset and expressed that I was tired of getting BS as to which the manager of this company responded that I didn’t need to get ghetto with him. Unprofessional rude and just utterly disrespectful then said he would charge me a fee if he came out again and found nothing wrong. He never even entered the attic to check for any problems but said there was none.

We had a great experience working with them! They got to us quickly and the techs are very friendly! Highly recommend!
