Use extreme caution when enlisting their services. We had preventative maintenance done on a soft spot on our trailer. After Jeff the Manager came out to fix a soft spot, to the tune of $500., we had excessive, excessive leakage in the trailer. The carpet was wet, the ceiling now sags, a cabinet is ruined and a wall bows out. Turns out, after Jeff came back, the tape he used for the repair did not take and channeled the rain water for a month into the hole for the antennae. Repeated attempts at rectification have been made to no avail, Jeff now maintains our roof had water damage when he did the repair - he forgot to take pictures and he "should have told us." Now his position is their must have been prior leakage. We have owned the trailer for 5 years and have not had any leakage. It would be best to pursue another company if you can.
