Absolutely the worst bank to do business with ever. I bought a car off one of the members here and paid off their lien. When i called the bank to inquire about the title never coming, they then informed me that they had lost the title and were "trying to locate it." It has been an additional two weeks with no contact and no help. I am now well past a month without them sending a title or giving me any information as to when it would come. I called Dale Bugg (405) 567 1729 (the customers personal banker) to inquire and he told me i just needed to "Let them handle it." Obviously they aren't handling anything. Just thought i would let everyone know to steer clear of a bank that can not keep track of their own stuff. If they lose titles and such - can i trust them with my $$?? I think not. WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS BUT 1 WILL HAVE TO DO>
