I received a camo hunting jacket for Christmas that was the wrong size. I checked with 3 different stores to get the correct size. I talked to Paula Johnson at the 3rd store I checked. Nobody else could do anything for me. But, Paula Johnson came through for me. There was 1 jacket there that was my size. Only that store is almost 4 hours away from me. Paula did some checking and said she could get this jacket closer to me!
Paula was very courteous and understanding! She is Awesome!

Recently bought a new colt mustang 380. Got back to the motel broke down the gun to clean and guess what this is a used gun. Powder residew and wear marks on slide and frame. When I went back to complain all they would say is the guns come to them sealed and it is a new gun the factory may have test fired the gun. I said I dont think the factory would fire the gun enough to wear barrel ,slide ,and frame and not clean it before sending it to you. They said we can send it in for repair if you like . I asked how do they repair wear. Got no place with them and will never step foot in one of their stores again.

I was recently at the Store location in Prairie Du Chien and planned on being there for no more than an hour. I ended up being there for 2.5 hours, as I couldn't locate certain items and couldn't seem to drum up anyone to help me find them. The service I did receive was helpful, they just seemed understaffed.
