Cable was Fine, Billing Sucked

I enjoyed the cable television I recieved from them and never had any problems with it. I did have repeated problems with my cable internet. More importantly, I had repeated problems with my billing. The amount I was being charged went up repeatedly for no apparent reason and I was randomly charged about $375 with no explanation. I was charged for a legth of time when I was not supposed to even be recieving service because I had requested it turned off while I was away. (An interesting note, it was only after I called in and complained and the credited my account with $315 that they charged me the unexplained $375.) I am still recieving bills from them even now after I have had my service permanently disconnected.
