In a day where gasoline prices reach all time highs, it'd be easy for those in the "front lines" to assume the public will not appreciate the extra effort to provide quality service. However, that's not the case with the staff at Prairie Cenex. They are always willing to help the customer with a level of service that other service stations don't approach. This is especially helpful to disabled customers.



I have a mobility impairment which makes it difficult to get into and out of my car. The Prairie Cenex has a drive through window designed originally for fast food orders at its convenience store. The staff is willing to use the window to provide pickup service for such staples as milk, which saves me time and energy because I can remain in the car while they fill my order. At other times, they've helped me with heavy bags of rock salt, etc.



On May 1st, we had decent weather and I decided to go biking with a friend. First, we needed to pump up the tires at the Prairie Cenex. One of the staff observed the difficulty I was having pumping the air in and came over to help. My friend and I then rode our bikes back home and were met there by the same person. Someone found my wallet, and before I even realized I had dropped it, he had driven to my home to be sure I got it back.
