we walked though the door, with no hesitation, their were staff members greeting us and helping us out with the many questions we had about the place. The employees were exceptionally nice and seemed very knowledgeable about pet care and training. They proceeded to tell us that they do not turn down any dog, no matter how poorly behaved they are, which was a sigh of relief for us. The next best news were the prices. I had a apprehension that bringing my dog to stay at the pet resort was going to be costly being that the building and interior were immaculate. The prices were very reasonable.

When it came time to drop my dog off at the resort, the employees handled her in a very positive manor. The rooms are great. You can pick themed rooms at which some have tvs so your pet can feel at home. Some rooms have webcams which is nice because I wanted to see how well my dog would behave. During her stay a trainer even worked with her on trying to help with some of the behavioral issues she had. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We will be returning for sure.
