Provided by YPmobileMade appointment online for oil change for 9:00 am. At 10: 30am truck was still in parking lot. Asked service advisor if they were finish and was told that they had not started yet. He stated that it would be about 20-30 minutes. Been here a lot for service and this has to be the longest I ever waited for oil change. Very unhappy customer

Provided by YPmobileI bought a 2015 Escape from them and the paperwork is still wrong. I had a personalized plated which they were suppose to move to the new Escape but they didn't. Then they had lost one of the keys so it took me going up there 4-5 times before they finally got that right. Then they left grease all over the floor mats. My husband was not happy and he ended up going up there to try to get things made right to no avail I might add. I won't do business there again.

Provided by YPmobileI brought my truck to them for a recall and the did a multi point check also everything was fine than two weeks later my mirror broke. Brought it to them to get that fixed and they said it needed new brakes and fuel filters. I only put 102 miles on it since the first visit. Some very fishy about that I doubt the brakes wore down in a 102 miles. Lol

Provided by YP.comI brought my son's 2011 Mustang in for service work at the recommendation of the dealership from a previous oil change service. Specifically, it was recommended to replace the front brakes and machine rotor repair. I dropped the vehicle off Saturday morning, and I was advised that since it was a slow day the vehicle would be repaired by the end of the day. Well at the end of the day I received a call from the service department advising that the order for the brakes was incorrectly done and the vehicle would have to stay over the weekend and would be ready on Monday morning. Monday morning around 10 a.m., I called to check the status of the repair work. I was told that it would take another 1 and half to complete the work by a rude person named Mike. I showed up at the dealership around 1:00 p.m. only to discover that the vehicle still was not ready. The reason given was that the technician believed the front end rotors needed to be changed. I asked Mr. "rude" Mike why didn't someone call me to give me an update and his response was he didn't know and he handed me off to Casey Griffin. Let me say the dealership is fortunate to have Casey Griffin as she is very professional and nice. However, the rest of the male staff are rude inconsiderate individuals. The work on the vehicle was finally completed around 4:00 p.m. I am vowing to never return to this service department again. This is my second time dealing with Mr. "rude" Mike and having to wait an extended time for my vehicle. Mike represents what is wrong with the service industry in America. Workers who take the customer for granted and don't really seemed interested in keeping the customer satisfied to bring business back. I am not mechanic and know very little about cars. To be treated so rudely by staff is very frustrating, and I would rather spend my money at a business that will appreciate my business.

Provided by YP.comBrought my car in for a defective lock sensor. After making an appointment and leaving the car there all day, I was told that they just cleaned the sensor. When I questioned why the part was not replaced as this was a known problem for this model car, the clerk stated that Ford tells them to just clean it. She reassured me that no one has ever had to bring their car back in after the cleaning. Well as you may guess, less than a week later the same problem occurred. I went to the dealership and was told they would have to call Ford to see what to do next. I never received a call back, so after two weeks, I called. They first said they could not find the paperwork and later I received a call stating the they would just clean the part again, but I would have to make another appointment and leave the car. Huge inconvenience and total lack of followup. I don't think they ever called Ford to see if the part could be replaced. Sensor is still broken as I have not been able to leave my car for a full day since I have to work.
