This place is disgusting! Do not bring your children there. If there were an option for a 0 that is what they would get. The staff are horrible and the teachers that were good, left. I have two children ages 2 and 7 and everyday I would walk in I could hear the so called teachers yelling at the kids. This place is sneaky they cover up things and lie to the state to cover their butts! I couldn't tell you how many times I have talked to Traci about the problems my kids were having at her center and all I would get from her was that she would address the issue but never did! They didn't care about my kids, all they cared about was the money! what a joke. Please, Please if you are thinking about taking your kids here don't, its not safe! My kids are at another center and they are happy, FINALLY!!

I still have nightmares about my grandson's experience at this daycare center. He was neglected and abused. The staff never had any answers for the deep scratches on his face, bleach he sat in or being left alone for hours! He wasn't even two! Don't leave your child here! -0 rating

We love love love Alphabet Soup! All three of our children attended there until I started working from home. They will be returning later this summer when I go back to an office and to school. The teachers have always been great at communicating with me about all positives and negatives with my children everyday. They are very patient and kind. They also have a great summer program for school aged children. I love their online security cameras so I can log in to watch my children whenever I want and they are always available for special appointments to discuss any concerns.

My son went to ABC soup for a while when they first opened. He had a few little problems with throwing tantrums and spitting, Which is normal 2 year old behavior. Well the daycare seemed really nice at first and I told them about the "problem" before hand so they were completely aware of the situation. He is a good child. They agreed to enroll him and work with him on his spitting habbit. Well a few months pass and they got sick of him and kicked him out. What happened to a little patience...for crying out loud he was 2!! It is not like he was biting everyday, then I would have understood. They didnt even give me notice. They were telling me that he was doing great and BAM I get a call from the daycare saying that this is his last day and I needed to leave work because it is "so dramatic" that they couldn't give me a notice. Kids will be kids, If you are running a daycare I am sure you are aware that children are not perfect.

A few days ago my son went with his grandparents to pick up my neice from ABC. They went in and the owners recognized my child...gave him candy and were so "impressed" by his behavior and skills. I think they are rude. They didn't try with him at all. So if your child is not perfect I wouldn't bother.

Warehouse daycares are really not right for children. There are so many people at ABC Soup that they couldnt ever give me a straight answer of to what was going on with my son. I am happy we found a NEW daycare that likes my son and appriciates his personality. He is doing great!
