Provided by YP.comWaited patiently for an attendent to approach my car and politely say that he would be with me momentarily... that never happened and he then walked over to another car and started talking with this person for almost 10min. He appeared to know the young lady he was speaking with..still no acknowledgement that he would be with me in a moment. Over 10 min. went by and I then proceeded to speak with a manager and just explain the situation in a calm and polite manner and he became very aggitated and told my to....bleep bleep with no apologies.... All I wanted was for someone to say I'll be right with you or I'm very sorry about the delay...instead I got an education in some very explicate language.... I hope you have better luck there than I did..
I am the "attendant" you are speaking of. I am the manager of the store. Please accept my sincerest apologies for your inconvenience. The person I was speaking to was a customer. I do not know her. Just so you know, she was there long before you were. She waited for me and decided to come to me when she saw I was busy with the truck that was in front of you. She inquired of a hand wax and rim cleaning service. I was merely trying to take care of a customer who had been patiently waiting for me, for more than ten minutes. You were in line for an exterior wash service. You parked in the correct line. You could have either gotten out there or rode through with your vehicle. I never told you that I would be right with you because there was nothing for us to discuss. I apologize for any miscommunication concerning that issue. I assure you that your experience was not typical at our store and I am very saddened by what you were told by my lube tech. However, please understand that we were terribly shorthanded that day. We still are. We are placing adds in the paper and our signs notes that we are hiring. Until then, please understand that every effort will be made to make sure that every single customer leaves our store happy. Finally, I did approach your vehicle to apologize for your wait but you took off. I would be more than happy if you would consider us one more time before you went elsewhere. Come by and ask for the manager, I will remember you.
