If I could give a Zero stars I would!

The owner and apparently only employee is extremely rude and unhelpful. I dropped off 3 packages on the same day. One with UPS, USPS & Fed Ex. Everyone received their package except the one to UPS. I called Postnet because the online package tracker only showed that a label was created. I know I dropped it off. It never left the store. When I spoke to the owner, she said that a different number came up under my name. After jumping through several hoops with UPS, they said the other number went to Amazon in PA. I didn't return anything to Amazon. My book was going to a different company in TN. Mary, or Marilyn or whatever her name, was the OWNER, was was EXTREMELY rude and would not help me. She basically told me it was my problem and they weren't liable and if it had been there it went out. Wouldn't admit that THEY may have made a mistake. Was just set on her fact that it went out and repeated that. Never offered me any help. She was abrupt from the get-go. If you want your package to arrive at it's proper destination DON'T USE POSTNET! If you want good customer service DON'T USE POSTNET! If you do, you are doing it at your own risk.

After reading the other review posts, apparently the almost exact thing happened before. Hmmm. Maybe they need to be more careful when doing their data entry...or maybe get someone that can do it correctly and stop trying to make the customers do their job!

Edited to add: Seeing as how the box I used to ship it was a Bath and Body Works shop, I don't see how it could have been to and from Amazon, which is where the UPS number she provided me was tracked. She lost my package and needs to accept responsibility for her mistake instead of blaming the customer. Especially since she didn't ask for any facts. She was combative from the time she answered the phone and very rude at the end. Plus she is just assuming...and you know what that does...
