If I could rate it 0 I would. I don't understand how they stay in business, I have been in the store twice and they were of no help. They don't carry all phones mostly just low gig models and they can't honor Verizon offers, only offers from their company, which aren't worth having anyway. I've never seen any other customers in the store. Save yourself the trip just call Verizon or order online!

I'm not sure what "dumb blonde" the other person reviewing is referring to but the ONLY time I have had decent customer service in this Verizon store is when a young blonde girl (I think her name is Jessica) was waiting on me. She was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. There are three younger guys that work in the store that are the rudest most unhelpful guys I have ever dealt with.

Took my new (insurance provided) phone in to have info put into it from old phone. Got home &makes found that she'd forgot to put in my SIM card & so I have one number inder each letter of the alphabet! And my old phone with my SIM card in it went to phone indurance recycler, never to be seen again! Out of 200+ phone numbers, I now have 26!
