Husband and I went in to get a pedi together. It could have been done but the time was badly managed. I should have been soaking while they did his. He was done before water was put in mine.

Well my first visit to this nail shop turned out to mess up my whole day.when arriving to the shop my co worker and I meet the sister n law of the owner she was wonderful then the owner came in with his wife he was great! His wife left and my coworker and I was loving this place then the wife was called back to do a pedi oh my God she was the most awful person you can meet she would not start your massage chair back up when it stop when asking her question she had a smart mouth and when she was done with my pedi she just left me there without a word being said.that goes to show you how one person can kill your customer service and for that reason My coworker and i will not be going back.we was the only black people there so about five of six white ladies came in we notice how friendly she was to them.i work in customer service and I had to pray hard to keep from confronting that woman thank God I walked in a lady and walked out one never to return.
