Long but a need to know!

I took my car to Eddie's Automotive in Prattville to check and repair my Air Conditioner. Diagnosis was AC clutch. Approximately six weeks later my AC stopped working again. I took it back to Eddie's to be fixed for the 2nd time and Eddie's said it was not the AC it was the Body Control Module (about a $2000 or $3000 computer). He stated, I needed to have a dealer repair the BCM. I took my car to McKinnon Nissan in Clanton AL for diagnosis. After checking the BCM, it was determined to be in good working condition (did not need replacing or repairing). After further diagnostics, the dealer found the clutch on the compressor was improperly installed which caused the compressor to burn up. I informed Eddie’s of the dealers finding and asked for a refund. Eddie's refused any refund and stated I should have returned my car to them for a 3rd time for further repairs. In other words, Eddie's could not diagnosis it properly and didn't not fix it properly, but wanted Nissan to diagnosis it for them/Eddie's. This very bad and unprofessional experience at Eddie’s cost me over $750.
