They put new ac/heating in 8 years ago.Several times lightning has caused numerous problems. each time they came within a few hours to fix. Their charge has been very minimal compared to work done. i have been doing business with them for 22 years. i will continue.

I got a brand new indoor and outdoor AC unit last July. A week after having it installed it died. They came out to "fix it", it died again 2 days later. This cycle repeated 3 more times last year and now this year I've called them 4 times. They've only come out once. I've had to leave multiple messages to even get a call back. They are attempting to let the labor warranty run out before actually fixing my unit. I'm at my wits end with these people. I cannot continue to live in a 100 degree house with a toddler and infant, but they seem content on letting me live this way.
