I am disappointed with precision cpap. They told me 3 times that my insurance covered a new mask and I would only owe approximately $30 which I paid. Within a week or two they called to say my insurance DID NOT cover it. I offered to bring the unused mask back or to have the owner call me. I never heard anything back for 5 months but am now getting a $300 bill with $25 late charges. No one has ever cared to call me back. This is BAD BUSINESS! I even give a one star because you have to to enter review.
