Was told Medicare would not pay for something. The truth was that Medicare WILL pay for the item BUT it takes a little more paperwork. At no point was I told that they did not have all the paperwork needed not asked to help secure the paperwork ( patient was in the hospital with a case manager that could have gotten them any paperwork they needed) I was just told the lie that Medicare would not pay for the item.

Provided by YPmobilePro Health stinks. Customer service stinks. They told me a CPAP would be in and it wasn't. Went to pick up another and they had an attitude about it. Horrible place?
