My family had a horrible experience in this store... it's a lady in this store that customer service skills are awful she likes to argue with customers .. she's very rude!!! I will never go back to this store unless they put the Trash out .. Please don't waste your time in this awful store..

Worst service in the retail business! 14 year customer with sprint, just upgraded 2 phones and added one was promised by Morgan that they would transfer android info to apple. arriving yesterday with a new customer in toe asked to have this done. A lady named Emily snapped we don't do that and turned there head, I replied Morgan said she would, she snapped her head around and replied sir we don't do that! It was such an embarrassment in front of a new customer I just left with the new customer and apologized. Today I called at 9 AM spoke with Morgan that already had an attitude and said she never said that she would transfer data she would only show me how. FURTHER if I didn't loose my ADDITUDE not to return! 14 year customer will not and I recommend go elsewhere! we are now canceling sprint!

The only place to purchase your phone. The staff is unbelievably helpful. They are always friendly and will go above and beyond what is necessary to help you with all of your Sprint needs. They can also fix most phones in the store while you wait.
