I had a couple of tattoos done here previously, one by Bobby that is no longer there and another by Carrie. Went in with an idea and talked with Shannon about it. We discussed price etc. He ended up doing something different than what we had originally discussed. Every time I went in he would waste time and after three hours say come back in three weeks. Started the tattoo in March. After a few months he stopped answering my texts and facebook messages and avoided finishing the tattoo. After two months of him dodging me I ended up going to another shop to get it finished. Very unprofessional. Will not do business with again. If you are thinking about getting a new tattoo or need to have one finished or fixed go to Mad Tatter in Slapout. Much more professional! Super friendly and they actually finish tattoos they start!!!!

THE PICTURE SHE DREW AND ALL I SAID I WANTED. NOW EVERYBODY SAYS

IT LOOKS LIKE SHE USED A CRAYON AND DREW THROUGH THE TAT. DO NOT

LET CARRIE DO YOUR TAT! NOW I HAV TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE REDO IT! AM NOT HAPPY!!! THEY SHOULD TELL YOU IF THEY ARE GOING TO ADD SOMETHING OR AT LEAST ASK! NONE OF THE OTHER ARTIST ADDED ANYTHING AND SHE DID MY GRANDSON'S CROSS AND DIDN'T ADD ANYTHING.WHY SHE DID MINE LIKE THIS I HAVE NO IDEA!! IT IS UGLY AND LOOKS LIKE AN AMATEUR DID IT! THANKS A LOT!!!

Greatest place around! The folks at ink factor are outstanding! Iv had them fix crappy tattoos from Outlaw, Capital City, and Oni Ink. These guys really know what their doing and put everyone else to shame. ill never get a tattoo from anywhere else every again. Keep it up Ink Factor! Your the best!

Half the staff was nice and the other half were complete jerks! The female artist there was the worst and was very rude! The guy at the front desk and the artist in the reserves were the nicest! As for the tattoo it is alright I didnt get exactly what I wanted because the prices were extremely high for what it was. Also the female artist and the artist with the tattoos all over were talking bad about customers in front of other customers. I wont ever go there for another tattoo!!!!

I got my 1st tattoo here and love it. I just recently got another one. I've had a lot of compliments on them. The people in this shop are friendly, professional, & clean. My tattoo artist was Bobby and he was great. I've also seen work by some of the other guys and would recommend them to anyone wanting a tattoo or body piercing.

I have gotten 3 tattoos here now, and I have felt comfortable from day 1. Bobby is an EXCELLENT artist, and transformed my idea into art. They are always clean and respectful, and I help make you feel at home.

The people here are horrible! They are unprofessional, and rude. I got a tattoo from them that is raised and scarred so bad. I have seen tons of awful work from these guys. Don't waste your money.

go by and see the best artist in prattville ,,,the diffrence is all the cars in there parking lot ...thats how you know a shop is takeing care of buissnes
