We have traveled to many places. We found this little motel while traveling at night. Needing to stop for some R&R we did so at Countryside. What wonderful managers. Both greeted us with a smile and were very courteous, friendly. The room they gave us for the night was wonderful, clean, and had a awesome view of the back pond. The rooms had afridge and microwave and a tub shower combo. In the morning we awoke to find our view included 18 Canadian geese and a momma and was showing off her babies. What a wonderful place. We will be back again. The continental breakfast was okay the coffee was great and so was the juice. We sat and talked to the new managers for about an hour before we had to leave. What a wonderful couple.

New management of this motel is obviously trying to drive visitors away. I stayed here in July 2013 and it was the worst stay I ever had. The new managers were extremely rude and seemed to take real pleasure in not cleaning the room, not giving wake up calls, not having the supposed continental breakfast like they advertised nor having anyone at the desk. The old owner had this place perfect for years and these clowns are trying to ruin it for the new owners. Why?
