We found the right team in Melanie and Samantha at Adorn Interiors. New to Prescott we looked for someone to create a design plan that we could implement in stages. Our great room is unusually shaped and was difficult to place our current furnishings but it wasn't a barrier for Melanie and Samantha. Their plan was comprehensive, designed to work with what we have and what we would need to add. They really listened to what we wanted, as a result we love everything they suggested from colors to fabrics and architectural changes. They heard us! An added bonus to professionalism was their sincere friendliness. Also, their store manager, Janice, is helpful, friendly and knows their products. We love shopping in eir retail shop as well. A great experience!

My husband and I are purchasing a home in Prescott and need help with interior decorating, and perhaps much more. We recently met with Melanie and Samantha of Adorn Interiors to discuss the services we think we’ll need to make our new house a home. We were so pleasantly surprised with the experience. They listened carefully as we described our anticipated needs and wish list for the house. Their response was very professional and well organized, specifically addressing our individual requirements and answering our questions. Melanie deftly covered all aspects of their involvement in the potential project, from design concept, creation of drawings and budgets to pulling construction permits if needed. She did an excellent job of outlining the entire process and all the associated fees. The discussion made us very comfortable that there will be no surprises later on. Melanie explained that Adorn Interiors offers an array of services, allowing us the flexibility to customize the project to meet our specific needs. They provide very personalized, individual services and have the resources to manage and oversee as much, or as little, of the project as we’d like. They are also able and willing to coordinate much of the work without us actually being present. Very important to me was the description of their inclusive approach to working with clients. It made me comfortable that our input will not only be carefully considered but appreciated. Their warm and friendly demeanors made this easy to believe. We have interviewed other firms in the past and were met with a hard sell, sign here, at the end of the presentations. This was definitely not the case at Adorn. We were given the time we required to carefully consider all our options and never felt pressured to make an immediate commitment. As it turns out, it didn’t take us long to enthusiastically choose this firm. We look forward to working closely with Melanie and Samantha on our new home in Prescott.

Got lucky! Found Melanie and Samantha at Adorn Interiors in Prescott. They truly act as partners in the design and building process, and put a great deal of care and effort into the final product. Almost unheard these days. We've been truly impressed by their passion to get it right. And even greater, they understand the importance of regular and consistent communication with their client. Calls are always returned. Questions are always answered. Updates are always conveyed in a timely fashion. They make the effort to go the extra mile. In our case we're re-doing a bedroom/bathroom suite in our home. We've had great appreciation for their knowledge and understanding of current trends and tastes as they relate to our project. If you are in process of planning a similar update for your home or biz space, call for a get-together. I had always wanted to have Plantation Shutters on my windows.Melanie was recommended to me by a previous customer who is also a Realtor.She loved her shades and window treatments that were designed and installed by Adorn Interiors . She gave me Melanie's number and told me I would not be disappointed if I contacted her. I called Melanie and we instantly bonded. She was warm and personable and very in tune to my needs. She took extreme care in considering my input and made sure I was pleased, and approved of all stages . She made more than several visits to my home to measure and contacted me before any decisions were final. I was also very pleased with the pricing for such a beautiful investment for my home.My neighbors all comment on how beautiful my home looks.MY shutters and Honeycomb shades are perfect.
