After my two boys, Tens and Kit (kittens), were neutered there, one boy had a complication. On 7/22/16, I walked in without an appointment as my boy was hurting. The receptionist was squatted in front of her child. when I told her my boy was hurting, she responded with looking at her child, shrugging her shoulders and saying "shouldn't even come in the door without an appointment." I said "what!?" She ignored me. I picked up my loved pet and headed toward the door to hear her snap again, "He shouldn't even walk into the door without an appointment." I an old man and not a good writer. I love my boys. This receptionist is cold. She did this in front of her daughter. I walked in for animal care, got day care, and treated without even common courtesy, no concern, If she can treat me this way , you could be next.
