I bought an expensive internet ready flat screen TV, DVD player, speakers, cables, etc.. I told them that I would not have internet hooked up until a week after they were installing what I bought. When internet was hooked up, the TV would not connect to the intenet. I called, and the owner said it would be another $75 to come back out, since it was now a service call. I couldn't believe it......I called Mitusubishi and they sent someone out under warranty. For $75, they lost a customer, and all my friends......REALLY DUMB ON THEIR PART
