I deliver the documents to the court for you, make sure the other party receives legal notice of the action filed and keep track of all deadlines so the process is as stress-free as possible for you. My fees are all flat fees, meaning no hidden fees or costs for document preparation. However, there are additional costs in the form of personal service, court filing fees, (which vary depending on what kind of document is being filed) certified mail, publications, etc., which are paid by the client in addition to the preparation fees listed above.
