We had a very positive experience with Bennett Glass. Dan Gallagher worked out a wrinkle in our new home with another local company. His crew was very polite and efficient. It was all handled very professionally.

This buisness, came to our home- took out motorhome and replaced the glass windsheild. Then returned it to our home and went tota;lly out of their way to maunuever it back into the position in our driveway. I was so very pleased with theri service and their profesional attitude. Would higly recommend them for any srvice done.

Do not use this company. I had my windshield replaced at this shop and after it was replaced I noticed that a plastic pice was missing. When I went back to Bennett Glass to talk to them about the missing part, the owner Ted, argued with me that it was already missing. I told him that if it was missing he should told me when he was replacing the window. I know for a fact that the pice was there becaues I wash all my cars by hand and know every dent and scratch on them. In the end he replaced the part, but he was very rude. I will never use Bennett Glass again and I do not recommend anyone else use them either. As a business owner never argue with your customer, the customer is always right.

We purchased a foreclosure home with many broken windows. Bennett's serviceman was frlendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. We got a call with our bid quickly, they faxed it to my office and followed up with a mailed hardcopy. And again, excellent customer service from friendly people. We had another 'Prescott' glass company bid on the job and the guy they sent out was rude to my wife, and they whined about putting it in writing, and as I expected, never a written bid for the job. We knew it wasn't going to be an easy job but the folks at Bennett appreciated us and the work and I was glad to write them a check at the end of the job. Go with Bennett, you'll be glad you did.

I went to Bennett Glass expecting the usual, i was overwhelmed with their service, professionalism, and they were friendly. It was nice to go to a local business that was really thinking of the customer and there needs rather than just trying to make a buck as others consider you "business" as usual. I would recommend Bennett Glass to anyone for any of there glass needs.
