Have bought multiple items from this store and returned items some reasons due to the employees giving me the wrong components, but some my own fault. All in all not a bad store, just make sure you have the right component or item.

Deceptive Ads & Bad Management

My son bought an IPhone from this location and they wouldn't honor their advertised price, flash sale, phone trade in, etc. They lied to us about the length of time we had to return the phone for a full refund. The associate stated "you have until February 14th, 2016” but the store manager later informed us we only have 14 days!I spoke to two managers at this store and both admitted we were given bad info but neither of them was willing to help us out. We got an apology and one manager said he would use our bad experience to better educate his (poorly trained) employees. They offered us no other help! The store’s manager said he would take the phone back and give us a full refund...leaving my son with no phone. They refused to honor the 11-13-15 Flash Sale, the $200 trade in on "any" smart phone, and worst of all they refused to honor their online advertised price of $399 + tax and two year contract. We were overcharged $500+ and the manager doesn't care one bit.My advice...stay away from this store! (Prescott, AZ) Best Buy store #377

An absolute horror story to de...

An absolute horror story to deal with. My daughter worked at this particular store for about a year and has since spent 6 years in retail sales elsewhere. She told me that she has never since seen so many unhappy and dissatisfied customers as she did at Best Buy.

They have the most restrictive return/refund policy in the business and put you in an eternal loop of “gift cards” rather than give you your money back to shop elsewhere. Customer Satisfaction is the last thing on their mind…just sell and get them out the door seems to be the watchword. Ever wonder why there is such a massive turnover in store personnel?

There are numerous other outlets that are vastly superior in which you can purchase electronic items…buy from them and save yourself the trouble, cost, headaches and frustration that seem to be all too typical from those who buy merchandise from “Best Buy”.

To the woman who purchased the ADH

The Accidental plan does NOT cover if you run it over damaging it. The Accidental plan will cover if you drop it or spill something on it aside from the normal wear and tear, power surge and battery. You might have been misinformed and for that us Best Buy employees are sorry for the confusion; but for further purchases..please know that in an Accidental plan, if an item is submerged or ran over whether by bike or vehicle..that will not be covered.

Go anywhere else!

I bought the accidental protection plan on my student's laptop for $280. I figured she rides a bike to college, anything can happen. Well it did! She was reaching in for a drink and the laptop fell out. It was run over, bent, broken apart, trashed! I brought it to Beast Buy and they spent 3 weeks trying to repair it. Meanwhile she is without a PC. We got it back and it looked like it had been run over. No OS on it, we had to pay extra for that but she had backups. Wouldn't load, so I called them back and was told it would have to be sent out again. She couldn't wait another 3 weeks so I bought her a new PC at Sam's Club. Protection plan is a rip and Best Buy management doesn't care.
