Great internet Very little downtime and good support. It is great to be able to do business with. all nice people

Service is sporadic and there is little communication with them unless they want more money.

1 year of serves and internet won't stay connected

Just got installed. The man that did the install was very helpful. He answered a lot of my questions. They took time with me. My service has been up a few days and it is just loads faster than Commspeed was. Thank you Bolt, and your great installer.

Do not waste you rtime with this company. they were down more than the worked and no help after 5 pm are on the weekends when they were down the most. they are a small company that is looking to get big bucks for very little service.

because of bad network admining, I could never get my xbox to work. they would never help. they would always blame something else that had to do with my home network when I know for a fact it's because of excessive natting on their towers. they'd offer "static" IPs for more more money that they claimed would help, but i'd never buy it. their service service has been inconsistent ever since they switched over and they would never inform us about their network outages. they have excuses for everything. i will be canceling service as soon as my contract is up. Cable One is the way to go if anyone takes their internet usage seriously.

I called Bolt last week when their network antenna took out my router. The Guy on the line called me stupid Jack%*# and said it was not their equipment. Well it was they destroyed all my equipment due to a faulty ground. Now a week later it did it again, they are not only incompetent they are dangerous.

Better than bulleri was. Glad to see the employees bought it and care. Check the BBB - great!

I am a manager of a local business in Prescott. We dropped them due to the lack of customer support and reliability. We were constantly told to unplug the modemn and wait a few minutes then try the internet again. It still sucked. Could have been that the recent wind storms moved the antenna a few degrees from perfect signal? Will never know, they always told us that it wasn't their equipment or service. Even the manager had no interest in helping. Would not recommend them at all to anyone.

Drops all the time. All tech support tells me to do is unplug, wait a minute drive plug back in again. Auto bill pay didn't work. Auto disconnected me and didn't call or try to get a payment, just disconnected me.

Advertised connection speeds are rarely met. Service becomes very very slow in the evening especially over weekends and holidays. 24 hour technical "support" is not as advertised. No actual tech support over weekends and holidays. Someone will answer the phone or call you back but all they do is open a trouble ticket and inform you that someone will investigate but not likely until normal business hours.

24 hour tech support, seems to be up consistently, speeds as advertised. Been with them for over a year, will be with them for many more.
