Too bad, bad management,don't waste your time or money, Customer service is no where on top of their priorities,hopefully they will correct issues

We stopped my Brick and Bones during a busy weekend in Prescott. Last time we were there (approximately a year ago), great place with a pretty good menu and a great steak! However, that was not the case this time.



First, we called 4 hours in advance to place a reservation because we had a large group of 9 and we wanted to make sure we could all sit together. When we called the person on the phone couldn't hear me so I had to repeat everything several times because the place was too loud she said. Which is understandable and we finally set our reservation. We had looked up the menu on line before arriving because the others in our party hadn't been there before.



Upon arrival to brick and bones, they didn't have any reservations listed. The waitress went to "find the manager" which never appeared. Just as we expected the place was packed and our group had to sit separately. Once again, we understood some things can get missed when places are busy.



Once we sat down, the menu was completely different then the last time we were there and was completely different than what was on their website. Not to mention the current menu was so confusing! When we asked if the menu had recently changed the waitress had said that the menu had changed over a year ago. We asked why it was different on their website and they said the manager had issues figuring out how to change it on the website.



Since the current menu was confusing, we had questions. There was a "fillet" listed, when asked what kind of fillet it was, the waitress said "some kind of fish". We asked what kind of fish and she said she didn't know nor did she offer to find out. We asked several questions about the menu such as why was there "steak" and "chicken" listed on the side with the price of $4. Once again our waitress just stated she didn't know and didn't offer to find out. So we ordered some ribs, a sandwich, and some other entrees. We were kind of surprised that our waitress didn't know the menu nor did she try to answer any of our questions!



About 30 minutes later some other employee that we had never seen came to our table and asked us if we wanted the ribs before our other entrees. We asked if the ribs were an appetizer and she said no. So we told her we would just have it with our meals since it was ordered as an entrée and not an appetizer. About 10 minutes later the lady returned to ask up about every entrée that was ordered and asked if we wanted each one before our other orders. Confused, my husband asked why she would ask that because if they are entrees they should all be served together. The lady then stated "Hey, I just deliver the food." Still confused as to why nobody in that place new anything about how it was ran or why we were asked strange questions or the fact that nobody seemed to care about their job and said things such as "I just deliver the food", my husband then told her in a diplomatic way that we had already had several problems during this experience and was confused as to how things had complete changed in a year. The waitress then stated my husband was being hostile and there was no reason for that because she just delivers food. At this point our whole party was upset, asked to speak with the manager again, but after waiting 20 minutes and no manager had appeared, we left.



We will never come here again. It was such a disappointment. It's a shame that a place that had great food and service turned in such a negative way in just a little over a year.
