Under new ownership, notice the dates of any negative reviews. I have taken 3 vehicles there in the past four months. I have been promptly called after diagnostics, given options and prices, and have picked up each vehicle same or next day. This place is awesome!! The service writer/owner jen is very personable and felt she was honest and very professional. They were very thorough in letting my know what was wrong with my car and didn’t try to upsell me rather they listed the issue with my vehicle and let me know the importance of each issue!! Will recommend my friends, family and coworkers.

In two separate visits to Central Arizona Auto to get my 1995 GMC pickup truck tuned up I found that I was overcharged a significant amount on not only the parts but also on the labor. I decided that it was time to confront not only the guys who worked on my truck, but also the owner as I found out that I was in the right. It seemed as if they didn't really care if things were done correctly nor the fact that I was overcharged as I went to our local GMC dealer in order to do some comparative shopping for estimates. Not only would the dealership have done more diagnostic work, but the prices on both labor and the parts would have been less money!



I think it shows a by going to a dealer to get work done you not only get the correct parts, but you get treated much better in the long run also. So before you run off to try to find a better price and then get stomped on like a bug because they don't care, check around first as I think you'll feel much better in the long run! Also, be careful as I found out they have other shop's in Prescott Valley and Kingman, Arizona just in case...
