Amenities
SERVICES -Construction Staking/Construction Layouts -Topographic Surveys -Land Surveys -Lot Splits -Example of something he would do: If someone wanted to build a house on a particular lot they would first need a topography map created so that they could take it to the designer and they would know the contours of the trees, where utilities would need to go, etc. Contract Surveying would create that topography map. Then after the home builder works with their designer the plans would go back to the surveying company and they would help determine exactly where the house would layout within the lot. It is very important that they are accurate (everything must be measured within to the 1/8 of an inch). -They use two main instruments for surveying: GPS and a robotic instrument -Work with various types of clients including the average person wanting to build a house on a lot, real estate companies, designers, architects, and general contractors
