Went in on 03/13 for my roots to be bleached and refresh the pink in my hair. After 3 hours I left and didn't pay attention to my hair as it was 8pm and I was tired. My head itched all the way homen why? Because the bleach was still on my hair/scalp in some areas and so was the pink dye. Once I got home and looked at my hair I realized that it was not only pink. It was also orange, yellow and still brown in some spots. I called the next day and explained what happened. I was told that I could go back and have the girl that fid my hair re bleach and dye/fix it. I stated that I wasn't comfortable with that as my hair was just bleached and she messed it up already. The response I got was "well we can get you in this afternoon.". I again stated I was not comfortable having her fix my hair. And nothing. I was never offered a refund or even a simple apology. Definitely wasn't worth the $150 I payed. Needless to say, buyer beware! Will definitely never go back and have told everyone I know what happened. Services not rendered!!!!!!!! See photos!
