I have used this company before, and I cannot believe that I am the first one writing a review! Come on folks! Here's the issue, we never really sing the praises of companies that do us right, but we sure complain loudly when they do us wrong. This company, makes it's living, providing excellent customer service, because The State of Arizona, cannot or will not provide even mediocre customer service, and WE are paying their wages. I bought a used car. I telephoned Footeworks because I wanted to know what I needed to bring with me to obtain a license plate. A real live person answered the phone during business hours. They told me what I needed and I went there. I was there about 20 minutes and when I left, I left with a new license plate, new registration, new registration tags and a new title! Good luck getting that kind of service at the MVD, and on top of that I was treated with dignity and respect! Cannot even get that kind of service on line! Good Work Guys!
