Corey Johannsen acted as realtor in the sale of my late father’s home in Prescott, Arizona. In addition to doing an excellent job marketing the home, using all available media sources, Corey coordinated and sourced the repairs and improvements needed to prepare the house for a timely sale. He also arranged the estate sale and monitored all work. Since I live out-of-state, this was especially helpful to me. Corey has my highest recommendation.

We sold our house out of state and called Corey in Prescott, AZ with minimal time explaining that we were coming to Prescott in just a weeks time. Corey was personalbe, knowledgeable and made us feel that we were in good hands. He spent several days with us showing house in our price range, not knowing the area well he made sure to show us many different neighborhoods. Once we found the house we liked and the offer was accecpted Corey not only made sure that all aspects of the deal went smoothly, (home inspection, termite inspection, escrow, loan etc.) Not only was he constantly updating us on the purchase, he was also involved in the sale of my home out of state making sure everyone their was on the ball and heading for the same goal of closing on time. My husband and I spent last winter traveling around the southwest investigating retirement options. The last week of our travels we stopped in Prescott on our way back to Nebraska. I found Corey's name off the internet and we scheduled one afternoon to look at houses during our two day visit in Prescott. We fell in love with the town and appreciated Corey's knowledge of the area and understanding of the home buying process. We returned to Nebraska and listed our house for sale last spring. During this time Corey sent regular updates on new listings and responded promptly to any questions I had. After we sold our house in Nebraska we returned to Prescott in September and started looking for a new home in earnest. Corey worked very hard to find us what we wanted. He understood the process and guided us through each step. He was very effective with the negotiations and we were very comfortable that he was truely representing us.
