Terrible customer service; ignored on entry multiple times (not due to front desk being busy). dr. making excuses for staff's unprofession behavior. Actually crumbled up records and folded the envelope in which I requested my dogs records. I've seen 2 year olds act more professionally. Shame on you. I hate to see how my dog was treated behind closed doors...I'd hate to imagine.

Dr. Smith has seen us through so many trials and tribulations of breeding Maltese and Mini Schnauzers. Some times it's great and we have a dramatic rescue and save, and sometimes things don't go so well, but he is always there for us for and our puppies no matter how late we call and he always gives us honest answers no matter how hard they are. We truly love him and would never go anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comWonderful staff & doctors. Most reasonable in the area. They love animals and it shows. My animals don't mind going to the doctor.
