I like the Olive Garden, the food is always good. I like unlimited breadsticks and salad. One thing that I do not like is that when you eat there, its too crowded. I would like a little more of a secluded feel. I don't like being disturbed by other people's family problems or impolite language around me.

Best OG in the state

I am an OG fanatic! When Prescott finally got one I was in breadstick heaven!!! Brian, the manager, runs the place beautifully. If there is a problem (and there rarely is) he will fix it. Customer satisfaction is his highest priority, and we love that. The lasagna is to die for and the endless soup and salad is a great deal! I could live on their breadsticks.....YUMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!
As an appetizer, you can't go wrong w/the
Mozzarella sticks, zucchini and the stuffed mushrooms. Add a salad with their fabulous dressing and it's a great meal. Can't wait to go back!!!

My husband wanted to take me ...

My husband wanted to take me somewhere nice for an anniversary lunch because he works graveyard and could not take me to dinner. He took me to Olive Garden and from the start we were treated as though we did not matter. When trying to seat us in a small booth that my husband barely fit in due to his height, we asked for another place to sit and were answered with a rapid no. We were brought a wrong drink and they said that is just how it is and insisted on bringing us a coke 4 times. I finally had to say I DO NOT DRINK SODA SO JUST BRING ME WATER PLEASE. Then the salad had no dressing and they would not bring us a side... how cheap! We spoke with a manager who just wanted to move us to a quieter area with a different server. I do not think that anyone should go to a place to pay for food to get crappy service like this! When I cried due to the rude service I recieved, the manager put our food in a to go to take home, seeing how hurt I was. Thanks to this manager I may try again, but you can bet if I get that hostess or waitress I will throw a fit!!!! Good luck, I hope it was just a bad day and they do not treat everyone like this.
