Inadequate

This pet store/pet supply store was disappointing and I was very dissatisfied. Although this is the only pet place in Prescott that sells what I want, I wish I could have made a different choice. I wanted a Lionhead rabbit and I went in on the week before Thanksgiving, and they told me the rabbits would come in on Friday. So I call on Friday to confirm if they were there. They weren't. They told me to call on Saturday. No big deal. I call then on Saturday and again, no rabbits. They say again to call on Monday. I call on Monday and they said that their shipper was supposedly sick. They said to call on Wednesday. I call Wednesday and AGAIN they say that they will not be here until the end of the first week of December. The main question I have is why couldn't they tell me that their shipper was most-likely out of town for Thanksgiving break, disabling her of delivering the animals? My advice is, if you're planning on buying an animal that isn't there yet, and needs to be delivered, make sure that the day they say they will be in is 100% for sure, and not just an estimate. I am very disgusted by this store and will not be buying from them after my much waited for rabbit.

This pet supply shop is excellent. It is always a joy to support family outfits like this. I mainly go for aquarium fish and supplies but have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable about everything about pets. I would totally recommend Pet Care Center to anybody! Check there first before Petco and Petsmart, if they don't have it they can easily order it for you!

This is a cozy little shop where you are gaurenteed to discover the thing you're looking for.
