My heater wouldn't start up, so my friend recommended Prescott Sheetmetal. I called Prescott Sheetmetal and they sent out a guy to see what was going on. The gentleman was nice and professional. He found out what was going on and fixed it.

Quality Concerns

We purchased a new HVAC system. So far we have had to replace the fan motor three times and the fan twice. The fan blades simply fly out and once the first one goes the remainder soon follow.

NEW HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM

We had several bids on our system but Bill Burke gave us a bid on the spot no waiting. They started right away and the system is great, it was a large and complicated system. The heating and cooling system we picked had a better warranty than others. We recommend Energy Savings for all your heating needs. We also saved over $2000 going with them ! They are very respectful and clean up each day before they leave !

ENERY SAVINGS HEATING AND COOLING, DID A GREAT JOB OF RECONFIGURING OUR HEATING SYSTEM. tHEY KEPT THEIR WORK AREA NEAT AND CLEAN AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PUT AWAY BEFORE THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND OPEN TO OUR CONCERNS ABOUT THE PROJECT.WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY........

DO NOT TRUST

We callled Energy Savings and Heating to come out because they charge a flat rate for diagnostic, a little higher than others but it seemed like a better deal becausethey said if we ended up needing a part replaced they would do it for the cost of the part after the diagnostic fee. The technician came out and let us know that we needed a new thermostat for $300. I can buy a new thermostat for $25, when we asked why it was so high the technician said the price included labor. But there was not supposed to be a labor charge. We purchased the new thermostat and planned to install it ourselves. Before we installed it a friend recommended that we just change our battery. After changing the battery the system ran perfectly. In another posting someone from the company said that the diagnostic fee was supposed to cover small reairs such as replacing the thermostat battery. He Never recommended changing the battery, he jumped straight to the most expensive solution.
