You'll want to find another salon. Not only is this so-called "Med Spa" outrageously overpriced, they treat people that should be honored as clients as mere customers that they can extract money from. They would not honor a paid gift certificate even though there was no expiration date on the certificate. And the gift certificate was only for $100. That's thievery taking money for no services rendered. And this was done to a customer of several years. Really Skin Perfection? You not only treat a longtime customer so shabbily over such a small amount of money, you also forfeit any future business. Wow, that's really great customer service. I'm grateful for the small town we live in because I will take every opportunity to encourage people to find another so-called "spa." Very poorly done on your part. Your company name should be changed to Skin Imperfection.
