Provided by YP.comMy boyfriend and I have rented with TNT for 2 years now and will not be renting from them again!! Horrible people who just want your money and when you ask for help or advice no help or advice is given at all. Even my emails and phone calls go unanswered to them!! I would not recommend this disgusting most outrageous unethical money scamming business to any one!! For the sake of saving your money stay away at all costs! We will never rent from this so called business again.

Provided by YP.comDo not rent with them, you will never see your deposit. My story is to long to tell, but they treated me unfair and charged for things like vacuuming the carpets that were going to be replaced anyway!

Provided by YP.comQuick to take your money, and then do nothing in return. I've never before rented from an agency that expects it's tenants to pay for everything that goes wrong even when what goes wrong might not be the tenant's fault.

Provided by YP.comI don't even think this company deserves 1 star. Not only are they completely unprofessional and treat you as if you're some bum of the streets, they will take your money! I am an honest, hardworking member of the community and took VERY good care of the house I was renting. Not only did they turn the house over in dirty condition, they charged almost $900 in cleaning and repairs! The house was left in better condition that it was when I moved in and despite my efforts to regain my deposit, they would not give me the time of day. IF you decide you want to use this HORRIBLE management company, be sure you keep VERY good records before moving in. Take photos and make VERY good notes on your move in checklist. This company is nothing more than a dirty, unprofessional company looking to rip off tenants and homeowners. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Provided by YP.comMy friend went active duty for the military when he was leasing a condo from this establishment. His mother was a co-signer for him and his wife as this was their first time renting. He presented TNT with his orders explaining he had been called up for active duty in another state. TNT refused to accept this as a dissolution of contract and went after his mother for the remainder of the lease. His mother does not live at the residence and was only a co-signer for the purpose of payment delinquincy. Due to the guidelines of the "Soldier's and Sailor's Civil Relief Act" my friend and his mother are not obligated to fulfill the lease if he is called up for active duty elsewhere. This establishment not only attempted to break Federal Law but is displaying unethical business practices.
